Ghost Writer Implicates Top Grambling Officials, Alleges “Attempts” On Her Life & Much More:

Everything about the City of Gramblings City Councilmen is a joke. They have been a joke ever since I worked there back in July of 2007 through to April of 2010. I was the employee that they setup as their personal scapegoat to keep quiet the actual illegal activity they are doing that I have actual documentation of.

I not only have the actual bank statements showing who was actualy stealing the funds from the City of Grambling, but I also have the actual bank drafts that show who approved them taken from the city funds and who they were actualy distributed to.

The names included Pamela Stringfellow the Administrative Clerk, Willie Mabry the uncertified accountant, Eward Raymond Jones, Roosevelt Bryant, Jr., Chief Tommy Clark, Toby Bryan and many others, but none to Mayor Andrus. When you recognize these names you will see that they are not only the councilmen but they also include the police chief and the staff that the poor mayor has to work and put herself in the midts of at the city hall offices.

They are also the same people that the judge gives permission to stay on the premesis of the City after documentation and proof of their illegal activities where established and shown. Tthe judge not only made it an unsafe workplace but a hostile one. It seems to me that there are judges and police as well as state troopers in some peoples pockets.

I have documentation that proves everything, as mentioned before I have all recorded conversations where councilmen begged me to turn it over to them or threatened me and my family to leave the area or the job when I worked for the City hall. I have all text messages, recorded telephone conversations, and documented records from the telephone companies who worked with me in establishing and obtaining the recorded telephone conversations.

I had to do all of this due to the threats me and my family received as well as the recorded bribes and so on and so forth for me to destroy the evidence I obtained against the city councilmen as well as their adminstrative clerk Pamela Stringfellow and their accountant Willie Mabry. When I didn’t accept and I left the City hall with the approval of Mayor Marthan Andrus to go to another area to try to obtain help from a higher law authority, which I did and am working with to this day.

Edward Jones and the rest of his goones came up with a story that I ran off with the city funds and city checks that were made to me three months after I was already gone from the City of Grambling. None of them ever thought that first of all I was a resident of the State of California and all my personal life was in California and I had nothing in the Town of Grambling.

Also, why were they still continuing to pay me an income from Jan. 2009 to the end of May 2009, and Eward Jones had many conversations with me while I was gone during that period of time trying to get me to turn against the Mayor and if I didnt it was going to be bad for me…yes I have the telephone conversation documented. He always knew I was VERY GOOD at keeping documentation.

He even lied and told the state troopers that he and others didnt know where I was at. He was the first telephone call I received after leaving the cityhall premesis. The one account I had opened at the City of Grambling Federal Credit Union I had to close due to the fact they were allowing Eward Jones and otheres to access my account in they were laundering monies into my account without my knowledge as well as others so I had turned them into the Federal Bureau of Investigations a long time back and just sat back and watched it all play out.

I learned as a young lady coming from California that these people were not only liars and willing to hurt or do anything to anybody to cover the illegal activities they were doing, but it had all been done before. What people need to do is go take a visit to the Ruston Sheriffs Dept. and just ask. Its all public record.

See, Edward Jones and the rest of the fraudulant councilmen dont mind putting out to the media, to the citizens of Grambling, and to the nation about the arrest of the employees that were trying to help the mayor keep the City a safe place to work, but they even talk about the mayor, but they never put out about the things they have done or the many times they have been arrested or under investigation way before Mayor Martha Andrus ever became mayor.

Some documention and evidence is as old as Pamela Stringfellows time of working for the city and her writing has been confirmed on many documents. This is the kind of information that needs to be told…The TRUTH…there are many people in the town of Grambling that know way more that has always went on in the city hall of Grambling for possibly the past thrity years and no one will step up to the plate and speak on it.

Some of them are scared to have to endure some of the same slander and harrassment and attempts to your life that I myself, the mayor, and other city employees have went through. They are also scared to be made a scapegoat and then having to try to fight for your life against illegal paid judges and other law authority.

I have a God though that I trust. Believe me all the information I have has been provided to a way higher authority and is currently under investigation, and that is all I can say on that matter.

I am believing that the God I serve will bring out the truth of everything and the REAL corrupt people forward and punished for their actions and the evilness they have put myself, the city mayor, the employees, and the good Citizens of Grambling through and the wasted tax dollars spent on their bad misconduct put to an end.

Yes, this is not the first time a few councilmen were arressted, and actually the same councilmen were arrested for worst things.

Part 2

I wish there was some way to bring the truth to the light without taking hits by the infamous council.  There are so many people willing to put ther comments on sites like this but as soon as we try to put it out there where the world can see they all go into hiding.  I know I personally am willing to put everything I know and have proof of out there.  What more can they take from me and the people close to me…my life? Damn if they had not tried that already i wouldnt be where I am today.

Go to the local police, the judges, the troopers?????? You might as well forget it.   They are getting paid off too.  so many of them are sleeping in the same bed of lies and secrets that it is very hard to get any kind of decent help.  I mean that literally…they are in bed together.  People need to go visit some of the local jails…Lincoln Detention Center and Homer Detention Center and ask some of the locked up inmates just what is the real reason why they are locked up.

Why are some of the women kept hidden that may have provided explicit sexual favors for some of the so called Christian GODLY councilmen of Grambling, and ask some of the drug dealers who and what city council they were dealing to as well as some of the arrangments they had with with some of the police department to be able to deal drugs in the town…even cops that were serving drugs in the local community and receiving pay to turn their heads.

When it got a little to hot for them and they thought their secrets were going to be exposed how these people were locked up and kept locked up for several years on issues that is a normal two to three year conviction term.  Some of these people were locked up for ten years at best and are still locked up to this day just for telling the truth of what they were asked to do.

What a sad town.  this is who the citizens of Grambling are voting in to office as councilmen, cheifs, and new mayors.  Please go to California and research the truth about the person that believes he is the true God of Grambling, Edward Jones, Why doesnt he run for anythying in the state that he and his family lived in for years and has family in?  Why can he not become anything there?

I mean please tell me how you get paid $9.00 an hour on your teaching job that you only teach on three to five days a week and live off of a council stipend of $350.00  a month get approved for new home loans and building loans and can afford new cars every year. Where is the money coming from that is being reported to obtain such things when we have people that work real jobs and work every day of their lives and  struggle to even get a good bank account that doesnt allow people without authorization to access their bank accounts!

Or tell me what is a so-called minister doing with his church funds doing in a place such as Louisiana Downs gambling and betting on horses with the churches money instead of doing things to fix up his church or his own crummy rotten wooded house…yes this is a councilman.  Or why is a bailbondsman sitting on the council that ask for explicit favors from some of the locals he bails out in exchange for his help  and services when he bails them out…what OMG anther councilman.

Grambling is a very sad town that has the potential of being a very good place to live and better yor education, but if the citizens dont stand up for what is right and keep voting into office these type of characters than I believe it is safe to say that in a few years they will possibly lose their township and than Ruston will be running them….as if that is not already in the works….God please reveal it all!!!   Please keep the current mayor safe as she struggles to try to help the town.

Maybe its time the media hears the truth…who is willing to stand up and speak out.  I challange every good citizen of Grambling to stand up and take back their town from the demons that seem to have been allowed in and run havoc.  It is obvious that it cannot be done without the help of the Lord.  Grambling has turned into an underground Sodom and Gomorrah, and before God allows the town to be just done away with, we need to all pray and stand together that he saves the town for the few people that are willing to see the just and be done with the evil that continues to run the town.

Part 3

I am so sorry Mayor Andrus that you are still going through the same problems that we (you and I found) happening before with the same employees in place (Willie Mabry, City Accountant and Pamela Stringfellow, Town Clerk). Everything that is spoke about in this article is exactly what we found or went through before. I remember the exact date that some of the fraudulant activity was brought before two councilmen, Edward Raymond Jones and Roosevelt Bryant Jr.

We had brought to them the bank drafts that showed how the town clerk (Pamela Stringfellow) at the time was signing deposit slips with another employees name on deposit slips that only the Town Clerk had access to during that specific period of time and she was also the only person that made the bank deposits.

We also brought to their attention that not only was the Town Clerk (Mrs. Stringfellow) going to the bank often without a police officer or another department manager, but that she was using the city funds to cash her and other family members personal checks. She was taking cash from already made, calculated, documented, and posted deposits, and replacing the cash with checks and money orders that were made out to her and other family members that the city of Grambling would have to take a hit on if the checks did not clear the bank.

This would have left the City of Grambling open for a liabilty and extra fees if the checks did not clear because the cash had already been taken by the Town Clerk and possibly spent. This was not the first time, but we found out later that it had happened many times as citizens came to get their checks cashed stating that Mrs Stringfellow did it for them all the time without the mayors or the city councils knowledge.

I believe that is the same day that bank copies were supplied of the issues to the two city councilmen and they demanded that there be a meeting held with the Town Clerk, themselves, and you being the mayor on February 22nd, 2008. After the meeting was held and the Town Clerk was reprimanded she came out of the mayors office and attacked the office assistant, Elizabeth Jones, for a television that was removed from the administration office that belonged to another employee.

She (Stringfellow) stated that she was not worried about what the meeting was about because Mr. Jones had already notified her prior about the meeting and she knew that nothing was going to be done about it so her only concern was over a damn television that she had stolen from another employee and than threatened even another employee to get it back.

I believe that it was Mr. Jones and Mr. Bryant who advised the mayor to remove Mrs. Stringfellow from the office and place her over at the fire department until an inner office investigation was completed. They aslo stated that they would put in writing anything that was needed of them to write up on their decision and the fact that they specifically asked the office assistant to take over some of the office duties that the Town Clerk handled until the inner office investigation was complete, but during the inner office investigation more information came out of a possible security breach and fraudulant issues being done and missappropration of funds that the mayor felt it was only right to call for an investigation to be done from a higher authority and of course the councilmen never gave her the letter in writing they claimed they would provide her.

Instead of the letter in writing this is when the staff began to receive telephone calls to talk and speak against the mayor, threats were made, bribes began to take place. I believe that one of the bribes told to an employee was that a certain councilmember would help have an employee go to the University of Grambling with tuition fully paid if she left working at the city hall offices and assisting in the investigation.

Harrassment on the job began to take place in such a way that if certain employees even stepped foot on the property to go to work and collect the informaation asked of them by the State Troopers Office, Auditors, and confirmed by a letter from the Attorney Generals Office stating the investigation going on, these employees would be arressted without a warrant by the Grambling Police who were working on behalf of the city council, or one paticular councilman, Edward Jones. Employees would be followed home, ran off roads, and so much more. When the troopers were given the license plate information of a couple of the cars that was in volved in the harrassment it led back to the same councilmember. Of course nothing was done.

So again I state it is sad that you are having to go through all of this again. It seems like the Legislative Auditors want to see the Town fail.

Keep your head up Mayor Andrus. Keep up the good fight. You can at least say that during your time of being mayor that you tried to your fullest extent to have things handled and cleaned up properly. I believe you have done a good job as mayor. I proudly would stand at your side and be happy to know you fought a good fight. A gentleman said in another article today that “No weapons formed against us shall prosper”. Remember you are a child of God. God does not allow his children to be destroyed by the enemy. The enemy may feel they have won this FIGHT, but it is the God we serve that always wins the WAR.

Part 4

OMG!!! I feel so bad. I remember a time of seeing Mr. Willie Mabry and the violence he can exume from his body. He is a very controlling person. He is also very demanding and he feels that if he doesnt get what he wants than he can take it by force. I am so ashamed that this has happened to this young child. I guess the reason why I feel so bad aslo is because I remember that he went off on a couple of us at the city hall and the way he did it was so tormenting that maybe if we had spoke up about it sooner than maybe this would not of happened to this young lady. It was not sexual, but it was violent.

I remember leaving the office and calling and crying to the mayor that I am sorry that I was not able to stay there and that the man had became violent over a binder that belonged to me. He wanted it so bad that he actually became violent. he had started calm and collected, kind of a dead calm, when asking for it. When I explained to him that it was not the binder he thought it was and that it was my personal binder with my own copies of information he began to demand it from me. I told him that it was in his best interest to ask the mayor for what it was he was looking for and not me, and that she had stated that if there was anything that he needed than he needed to go to her with it.

He became so ANGRY. I remember he got out of his chair and came and stood up over me and began to make a statement against the mayor and how HE WAS THE ADMINISTRATOR AND WE BOTH ANSWERED TO HIM. He grabbed the binder so hard from my desk and violently that it hit me and fell apart and all my copies hit the floor. I was so upset I walked out of the office and called the mayor who happened to be out ill from all the prior torments that had been going on in the office behind the city council. I let her know what was going on and that I needed her to come right away.

A couple days later I received the binder back, of course with missing information, and from that point on I was told that I had deposits that were missing from the binders belonging to the city hall. Mabry was wrong because the binder he was looking for at the time was not at the city hall it was with the Head Accountants who were verifying at the time that all my deposits matched what they had in their system, and the binder he snatched from me was mine as stated before since I kept extra copies of everything.

I learned than that Mr. Mabry can be a very violent man, and he tends to show it to women as if his status of who he is means women are less and have to do what he says or bow to him. I remember him making a comment before that me coming from California meant that I was ghetto, since he assumed I was from Los Angelas, and he could speak to me as if I was a street woman. First of all I was not born in California nor am I originally from there, second I was not raised in the ghetto, and if I had been does not give him the right to treat any woman that way, and third I went to the best private schools and graduated with top honors by the age of fifteen and finished college by the age of nineteen.

I also seen him mistreat the mayor and blatantly go against her rules and advise in the office as well as outside of the office and pressure her into doing things against other employees that she did not want to do. It has to do with that calm dead coldness that he approaches women with and again as stated before if you don’t do it than he gets angry.
I will keep this young girl in my prayers, and again I am so very sorry for the hurts and pain that you had to go through. God will always be there for you. God Bless.
