INFORMATION is the difference between poverty and wealth, success and failure!
Are we destiny oriented or circumstance oriented? Do we focus on our current circumstances more than the ultimate destiny we desire? This is a crucial issue because God created us in His image and likeness. What does that really mean?
Whether we understand, know, agree or not – based on the way God created this world and the way He established spiritual laws and physical laws like gravity to exist, human beings ARE speaking spirits just like God who have the ability to declare the end result of a desired destiny from the beginning.
“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times [the things] that are not [yet] done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken [it], I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed [it], I will also do it. Isaiah 46:10-11″
We are creating our own destinies with our thoughts, beliefs, faith and words ALREADY – good or bad, positive or negative, desired or not desired.
“Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 18:21″
Jesus Himself taught in the New Testament that we will literally have whatever we say based on the belief in our heart and the words that we speak:
“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them]. Mark 11:22-24″
if we accept lies from Satan or if we accept an undesired present circumstance as being our reality, this means we RECEIVE that negative situation in the spirit realm and by speaking on that negative situation we authorize it to become real (manifest) into our physical environment. WE are responsible for the realities we create based on our own beliefs about a thing and the words we speak on that issue:
“But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. Matthew 12:36″
None of us can afford to be circumstance oriented. When people speak negative words over us, we can’t afford to receive them as being our reality. When the devil brings persecution our way and inundates us with negativity – we can acknowledge that negativity as being something we don’t desire but we can’t afford to receive his lies, we can’t receive the devil’s suggestions as being our end result.
Just like God encountered darkness in Genesis 1, when we encounter darkness we must change the current circumstance with our own desired destiny by saying “LET THERE BE…”
Don’t worry about how the situation will change, that’s God’s business! You are HIS representative here on earth, the one He entrusted to change darkness into light; you are the speaking spirit who is wearing an earth-suit of flesh, you qualify to change the situation with spoken words by praying to God “thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
The devil and his demons need an earth suit to operate in this earth! Demons don’t qualify and are not authorized to create ungodly conditions in the earth without an earth suit, that’s why they desire to ‘possess’ a human body, that’s why he can only make suggestions for you to accept or reject!
If we accept the devil’s negativity by receiving a negative scenario he devises; if we fail to change that scenario by calling the devil a liar to his face and by failing to speak our desired end from the beginning according to God’s will (“thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”) then the devil successfully uses US to create the ungodly condition that he desires! Let’s look at what it means to be destiny oriented one more time.
Your obedience is the only evidence of your faith. Therefore, speak the end result you desire from the beginning, do everything that God places on your heart to do to obtain that end result and leave the rest to God and be sure to guard your heart. Don’t pull up that seed you you just planted in your heart by receiving and speaking negative or opposing words.
When we do our part (the part that God will not do because He told US to do it), then God will do His part (the part we can not do) by His own supernatural power to bring about the change we desire in the physical realm. This is an awesome power that God placed in our hands, and with it comes awesome responsibility!
The devil is relentless, and he is fully about his business! When (not if but WHEN) these opposing words come your way – recognize them for what they are: mere SUGGESTIONS!
A circumstance oriented person operates by fear, receives negative news as their inescapable reality and literally worries negativity into existence, because worry works just like faith does! The negative things we worry about manifest into physical reality because when we worry, our belief operates in the negative rather than the positive.
As soon as a negative symptom in their body shows up they say “Oh no! I’m sick! I’ve got a cold or I’ve got cancer or diabetes!” And with these very thoughts and words, they received that very situation in their heart and authorize that very situation to exist in their physical reality. The devil’s suggestions have no power unless YOU authorize them to exist in your reality! If we don’t cast down those imaginations, they will eventually cast US down:
“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; II Corinthians 10:5″
If you don’t want these negative suggestions from the Enemy to become your reality or to remain your current reality – then SAY SO! Rebuke the enemy, tell him out loud you don’t receive those lies and command the devil to flee your presence, the presence of your home and your family.
“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19″
If you recognize that you have not been acting like a true Child of God with the tools He has given you, then ask God to forgive you for not exercising your authority to His glory, for not keeping the devil under your feet, and for not casting down negative suggestions from the devil. Then make a new commitment to step into your God-given role as a destiny oriented person and begin to walk like Jesus did in the earth – with astounding power and authority over every situation!
Child of God: your destiny is in your own thoughts, faithful actions and spoken words. Read your bible, look at how Jesus walked in the earth, look at the things He did and know that God wants to use you to perform miracles, heal folks, love your fellow man, cast out demons, exercise total authority over the devil and to empower others by teaching the gospel to others the exact same way!
Declare your God-given destiny according to His will now; be healed mentally, physically and mentally and prosper in every way by the thoughts you plant in your heart and meditate on, and by the words you speak. You are DESTINY ORIENTED, in Jesus’ name Amen!
